Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. You must present your printed ticket and I.D. in order to pick up your pass(s).

What is the refund policy? Refunds are allowed until December 1st. After this date we cannot grant any refunds as all funds will be forwarded to the venue and out of our hands.
