Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes. The after party is open to all ages. However, there is a cash bar set up and you must be 21 or older to order any alcholic beverages. I.D. is also required to pick up your tickets at registration.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is plenty of parking at the hotel, and has been comp'd for those attending the event.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? Info@tdevents.net
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. You must present your printed ticket and I.D. in order to pick up your pass(s).
What is the refund policy? Refunds are allowed until December 1st. After this date we cannot grant any refunds as all funds will be forwarded to the venue and out of our hands. In the event that I cannot make it, can I sell my ticket to someone else? You can, but you MUST inform us of this change so that we can update our records. Passes will not be handed out to anyone who is not on our guest list.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No. All passes and goodie bags will be handed to the person who purchased the tickets. If they purchased 1 or 5 tickets, all tickets will be handed to them. What they do with the tickets is out of our hands.
If the person who purchased the tickets is not attending, but purchased the tickets for you, YOU MUST e-mail us immediately. Please include your order number in your e-mail for faster results.
